Terms and Conditions
When placing an order for your prom flowers, you are commissioning a bespoke, artisanal creation. While efforts will be made to match colors, variations in hue and tone may occur, allowing your professional designer to craft a unique piece tailored to your preferences. Your floral arrangement(s) will complement the colors of your attire using available blooms.
You are responsible for selecting the colors for your prom accessories. For additional options such as ribbons, bracelets, or accents, please visit Joie.
Once your order is fulfilled, it becomes non-refundable, with all designs considered final. Any requested alterations upon pickup will incur an extra fee for labor and materials. Due to scheduling constraints, immediate changes may not always be feasible. Please note that flowers are perishable, and Joie cannot be held responsible for damages once the item(s) leave the store.
Payment is expected upon pickup. If you prefer to pay in advance, visit the store to settle your invoice. Prices listed on the website do not include tax, which will be added when you collect your item(s).
